Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoGoScore (the "Service"), operated by SuperSonic Design INC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GoGoScore is a browser-based music composition studio: you can write music, hear it played with recorded instrument samples, print sheet music, share play-only links, and export your work. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan includes up to 3 songs and the core composing experience.
GoGoScore Plus is a paid subscription (billed monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited songs, MusicXML/MIDI export and import, and password-protected share links. Prices are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the subscription portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
If a subscription ends, songs beyond the free limit remain stored and playable, but creating new songs above the limit requires resubscribing.

4. Your content

The music you create belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit your content to operate the Service (for example syncing your songs across devices and serving share links you create). We claim no ownership of your compositions or exports.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break its security, using it to store unlawful content, reselling access, or placing unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

6. Instrument samples

Playback uses instrument recordings from open-licensed (CC0) sample libraries including VSCO 2 Community Edition and the Versilian Community Sample Library. Music you create and export with these sounds is yours to use, including commercially.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
